My little "Twerp"

You know you have a problem when your 11 month old son can open your cupboards and you can't even open them. He has figured out how to open them from the ground and from his high chair. Boyd's nickname at our house is "Twerp". He gets into everything and makes a complete mess of our home.

Big Juds has nothin on us

A few weekends ago we went to breakfast in North Bend. The little restaurant "Tweets" was a whole in the wall covered with Tweety Birds but the breakfast was fabulous. I had biscuits and gravy, Jeremy had a hash brown something that was awesome, Maggie had the works and my mom had a cinnamon roll. After we were done we decided to go next door and check out the bakery. The chef was very sweet. He let Maggie and I go in the back and look at the huge ovens. Very neat. I wish I had that at home. I could get some baking done fast. We bought some donuts to try and some massive "Big Jud" size buns. I immediately had to try them. So we brought them home and made burgers. They were massive and I was full after eating a quarter.

Maggie's last Tee-Ball Game

Maggie did great learning how to play Tee-Ball. I am so proud of her. Here are some pictures from her last game. I am a little sad that she doesn't have many activities going on. She looks forward to them every week. Tonight is the last swimming lessons too. I guess I am going to have to get active now and start doing some of these sports with her. Bring on the Summertime.

Boys will be Boys

I was shocked to find Boyd the other day rolling his car around the room. I am so surprised that boys know what to do with their toy cars immediately. It was like he was born to play with cars.

There has been a big difference in play between Maggie and Boyd. Maggie when she was a baby, would get out a few toys play with them and then put them back. Boyd on the other hand gets every toy out onto the floor and then decides which one he wants to play with. It is so crazy to see how different my two kiddos are.

Summertime Fun

Nannie bought Maggie a new sprinkler. She was trying it out. She loves to have fun in the water. She is our little water baby. She is also quite the entertainer. Jeremy and I have to hold back the laughter sometimes so we don't hurt her feelings. We love you Maggie.

This move is what she called a triple-lip. Don't ask, she makes up all sorts of words

Daddy worked really hard this weekend. He is exhausted.

Poor little girl

She was just trying to get comfortable. Maggie must have fallen off of her bed. She was so tired she couldn't get back up so she did the next best thing, laid her head on the edge.

For some reason I am a sucker for sleeping pictures. So I couldn't pass up this post.

Grease at the 5th Avenue Theater

I had a wonderful day with family. We went to Grease at the 5th Avenue Theater. First, we met up with my cousin Scott Sannes for lunch at the Old Spaghetti Factory. It was fabulous. I really wanted some Ravioli. Mmmmm. Then we drove all over downtown Seattle trying to find the theater. It was quite comical. We finally get there figure out where to park, take a potty break and sit down with moments to spare. It was a great show. I love Broadway products. I am so glad my friend Jana Kennard introduced them to me years ago. I enjoyed Grease. I was a little sad that they didn't have the carnival scene at the very end of the show and that they didn't sing some of the songs in the same scenes that were in the movie but overall it was a great production.
