A Day and Night Out

Today was a eventful day. I started the day by going visiting teaching this morning. It was nice to get out of the house and visit with adults. Then the kids and I went to a church food buying group. I am so excited to finally get my food storage going. We are starting with the basics. Then Amy and I went to Linens and Things to see if they had anything left since they are going out of business. They had lots of toilet seat covers 3/$1.00 if anyone needs some. I ended the night with a dinner with Amy at the Issaquah Brew house for my birthday treat from her. My dinner was great. I ate a cheese burger and fries. Amy's food wasn't that good. I guess we need training on what to buy for dinner at a brewery. We ended up going to Cold Stone for dessert (I got "Our Strawberry Blonde"-yummo).

CAUTION: The pictures below may be deceiving.
Amy and I had a little fun taking pictures with the salt shaker at the Brewery! Our drinks of choice were water on the rocks and Coke on the rocks. We go for the hard stuff.

Today was the first time that I got out of the house and left both kids with Jeremy. It was definitely a nice break which I really needed. I am glad I have such a great husband that will let me get away for a few hours. He had both kids in the pajamas and they were reading books in the bedroom. Boyd wouldn't look at me for an hour or so after I got home. I think that he was mad that I left him. I gave him a few extra kisses to make up for it.

Issaquah Brewery huh? I don't think the salt shaker pictures are fake! You look a little tipsy! Just kidding. So glad you had fun. Were you only gone between feedings? Or did boyd get a bottle with Jeremy. I guess maybe jeremy whipped out his jugs and tried to feed him. Wow! No wonder he liked Jeremy so much. Love ya.
